Retention

Enquiry messages without enrolment are kept for up to 24 months. Learner records are retained for six years after the final teaching date for assessment and accounting purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until cleared.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers under contracts that restrict use of your data. We do not sell personal data. Awarding bodies receive only the information required for external assessment where you have enrolled on a certified pathway.

International transfers
